Duality
Brumfield Gallery, Astoria, Oregon
June 11, 2022 - August 7, 2022
Duality is two aspects existing together in one being. A concept of duality has one part of the person living in their mind, thinking and observing, while the other part moves and creates. It can also be seen as two opposing thoughts held in the same moment, both true.

Certain Women
Anthony’s Fine Art
October 3, 2019 - November 9, 2019
Certain Women is an invitational exhibition, unique in that it exclusively features the work of Latter-Day Saint women artists. We seek to showcase our unique perspectives as women of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and highlight the diverse artistry of our collective. Knowing that our voices are stronger together than they are apart, we unite our voices in order to amplify our influence. By offering first-person narratives, we aim to overcome pervasive stereotypes. We are women of vision who act deliberately—we are thoughtful, strong, and certain.
Self: Explorations of Identity
Springville Museum of Art
September 4, 2019 - May 16, 2020
Artwork, like identity, is ever-evolving. For the artists featured in self: explorations of identity, making art is a way to uncover and sort through personal identities, experiences, and values. These uniquely personal works of art become vessels for viewers to explore their own complicated and contradictory aspects of life and self. The personal becomes the universal.
Featured Artists: Fidalis Buehler, Caitlin Connolly, MIchelle Franzoni Thorley, Brian Kershisnik, Randall Lake, Emily McPhie, Ryan Moffett, Elizabeth Sanchez, Mary Sauer. Donec eget risus diam. Phasellus sodales massa malesuada tellus fringilla, nec bibendum tellus blandit.
